Kevin has worked on a wide variety of project types and sizes. Since joining Schroeder Architects in 2013, Kevin has been working as a Senior Project Architect for fitness and recreation center projects in Georgia, the Southeast, and the Midwest. He has been a Senior Project Architect with multiple mall renovation projects for Simon Property Group and Rouse Properties, as well as new retail development projects for New Paradigm Development Partners. Kevin also has over seventeen years of experience on public projects, with a focus on recreation, community centers, park facilities, educational facilities, and retail.

Kevin is responsible for the development of all standards used for our projects and he has experience with the athletic and large recreation center design and detailing of both new and existing facilities. He also has extensive experience with facility evaluation and analysis. Kevin has been the primary production person for the development of construction documents for over fifteen LA Fitness facilities and has extensive experience with the design of athletic and multi-purpose uses facilities around the country.

In his spare time Kevin paints and travels.
