Schroeder Architects partnerned with Vaughn & Melton on the Master Planning and design of a new 150 acre Municipal Park which will include a new 24-court Tennis Center, 45,000 SF Recreation Center with a competition pool, a competition baseball complex, competition soccer fields and a “splash ground” water park.

Schroeder Architects let three public town hall meetings to solicit public programming input and upon recieving City Commission approval of the Master Plan received special recognition for their ability to manage the process and transform the public input into a Master Plan that creatively and sensitively met the wide-ranging needs of the people of Sub South Macon.
